I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races. Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.) Long-Term Running Goals: Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals. Personal: I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. | Not a bad afternoon to run. There was a bit of a breeze but it wasn't as cold as I expected it to be. I overdressed a little and had to shed a layer. After that I felt pretty good and was able to find my rythmn. Last four miles were slightly faster than marathon pace and felt good. Getting excited for this season of races.

| Nice afternoon to run. There was the slightest breeze and the temp was cooler but the sun was out. I set out after I warmed up at just faster than marathon pace. I was able to hold the pace really well even climbing the few hills on the route I was running. The last mile to mile and half I felt a bit sluggish. I think it was do to not really eating lunch.

| Ran in the late afternoon before work. Cold wind and the legs were feeling yesterday's run a bit. My legs finally loosened up at about mile 5.

| After having a few light days of running while on a vacation to ride dirt bikes; I was excited to get out and stretch my tight legs. I felt really good but a bit tight in my legs from riding and the long road trip. Windy today.

| Perfect day to run today. There was a light breeze and the sun was out when I woke up from sleeping a few hours after working last night. I felt relaxed and was able to maintain my pace pretty easily. Legs are starting to loosen up after the motorcycle trip.

| Ran today after taking a nap. Nights are wearing on me this set. I guess I am still recovering from dirt biking. My legs felt really good today. The wind was brutal. Like 25+ Mph brutal.

| Ran with some new shoes today. They felt good but my legs felt tired battling the wind this afternoon. Thank goodness I am done with nights. Maybe few nights of real rest will help.

| Ran this morning. Temp was good but 15 mph wind. I am starting to get tired of battling the wind. Felt really good fitness wise. Ended up trading my new shoes for a different pair. I guess I am going to stick with my Hoka's. I have been super impressed with them and how well they work with my ankle injury.

| Another run at work this morning. I'm glad I went earlier as the wind picked up later in the afternoon. Felt really good and the temp was perfect. Starting to feel a bit tight in the legs.
