Mr mom tonight while the wife worked. Eight miles was pushing my daughters attention span. Glad to have the treadmill with the 50 mile per hour winds today.

Seven miles outside and finished the last three on the treadmill. I have been worried about the ear infection.

Ran outside and it was cold. I thought I should have stayed indoors but I wanted one more run in before I go back to work tomorrow. Missed yesterday do to a trip to Utah.

Ran outside. It looked alittle overcast but there was little to no wind. Temperture was perfect for a run. I'm glad I didn't talk myself out of the run.

Not a day to run outside. I decided when I woke up that it was definetly a treadmill day. It is days like today that I am glad I finally broke down and bought one.

My wife is off of night and I am about to start my set of nights tonight so I thought I would get out. Not super warm out (mid 30's it feels like) not to much wind. Nothing special, my ankle finally feels 100 percent. I think today out running I decided I need to sign up for a race!

Not a bad day outside. I have had to wait to do my runs while my wife slept she has been on nights so I have been doing the parenting.

My daughter was having more fun throwing things on the treadmill than I think I was trying to knock out some miles. I cant admit it to my wife but it is really hard to watch a kid and get anything done. But I have to admit she is pretty cute trying to run beside me on the ground.

Averaged just under 7:30 minute miles for the twelve miles. I felt pretty good about it since I ran up in the foothills. Felt really good. It was cooler today but little to no wind.

Ran outside when I got home from work this morning. Did my twelve mile loop and finished with four on the treadmill. It looked nice outside but there was a definite cold breeze.

Woke up after sleeping for a couple hours and tried to run when it was the warmest part of the day. Actually felt pretty good. One more night at work!
