Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Nice easy run outside today. The roads were dry. Right ankle is starting to really act up on me these last few runs. I have been icing it and using ibuprofen. Worried I might have to have it checked out again since it doesn't seem to bee healing on its own. I don't know what to do. I have already taken a few weeks off trying to let it heal.

Oh shoot! I wonder if you tried some of those tedious physical therapy strengthening exercises, if that would help. I don't know!

Oh man that stinks... is this lingering from last year's injury? Hope you can get it figured out

Hopefully a Dr. visit Thursday morning will help me sort it out. It is related to the ankle I cut last summer unfortunately.

Bummer......maybe you need to be satisfied with 6-7 mile runs for awhile. I know.....the very thought makes you sick
