Running Accomplishments:

I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

Really felt like a run today. Came home from church and decided it was time to watch some episodes of 24 and hammer out some miles. Alternated my pace to push myself. It felt good to run a few miles, it has been a long week at work and my mileage has suffered. I hope to put some miles in the next few days that I have off.
