Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

I am back on the blog after taking some time off of the blog. I felt like I was no longer running for fun but competiting to put numbers up. I continued running but I ran by how I felt that day. Not the best way to train but a great way to remember why I run. I am back on the blog hoping to train for a spring marathon.

Ten miles at work on the treadmill at marathon pace. Felt really good. I was a bit worried after I had taken a spill running down Lincoln hill in the dark.

A windy run outside. Hard to call these easy miles. But they weren't marathon pace either. Felt good even running into the wind.

Ran outside this afternoon. Still windy but the roads are dry so it is hard to complain.

Ran this afternoon at the inlaws in Blackfoot. I started out in a long sleeve jersey but soon was running in short sleeves. Hard to believe it is the end of November. Great run. It was good to get out after celebrating Thanksgiving with the family. Always nice to see some new country.

Ran outside this afternoon. The wind was unbelievable. 25+ mph. Aw some when it was at your back but the head wind was crazy hard. Glad to get it done.

After coming home from work and sleeping a couple of hours I got up and seen there was no wind and the sun was out. Decided it was a lot better day to run then yesterday. I threw on my running clothes and headed out. A perfect day to just put in a few miles. I felt really good which kind of surprised me after yesterday's run. Starting to think about which spring marathon I want to run.
