Running Accomplishments:

I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

Nice afternoon run when I got home from giving a few presentations to my sisters elemantary class on Native Americans. Wanted to run farther but I am fighting the crud.

Got up this morning with the goal of getting my long run in. This week has been pretty sad mileage wise but I think I might be recovering from my cold. I put on my hydration pack and decided I would run over the top of the Bone Rd. Felt pretty good until the last three or so miles. I think that is where the week of being sick caught up with me.

Ran around the Green Belt this morning with the group run. Ended up making the longer loop with an extra mile on Sunnyside to make it a even 10 miler.
