Running Accomplishments:

I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

Not a bad afternoon to run. There was a bit of a breeze but it wasn't as cold as I expected it to be. I overdressed a little and had to shed a layer. After that I felt pretty good and was able to find my rythmn. Last four miles were slightly faster than marathon pace and felt good. Getting excited for this season of races.

Nice day to run. I felt pretty good just didn't love the shoes I was wearing.

Nice afternoon to run. There was the slightest breeze and the temp was cooler but the sun was out. I set out after I warmed up at just faster than marathon pace. I was able to hold the pace really well even climbing the few hills on the route I was running. The last mile to mile and half I felt a bit sluggish. I think it was do to not really eating lunch.

Ran in the late afternoon before work. Cold wind and the legs were feeling yesterday's run a bit. My legs finally loosened up at about mile 5.
