Running Accomplishments:

I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

After taking two days off to recover from stomache cramps where I was leery of straying too far from the house; I felt ready to run. The weather was awesome and the roads were pretty much dry. It was a great run and I felt good after. Hopefully the stomache issues are a thing of the past.

Felt colder today when I got out for my run. Ran a different way than I normaly run and toward the end of the run I was feeling a bit of fatigue.

Nice day to run with the sun out. Ended up cutting the run shorter then I originally planned so I could take a nap before work tonight.

started off this run not really feeling it. Almost talked myself out of putting in any miles . After a couple of miles I fell into my rhythm. Was a bit cold. Glad I brought my heavier running jacket.

Started off running with the group run from Bill's Bike and Run around the group run around the Green belt. After a few miles with them I went around the Green Belt and Freeman Park on my own to get a few more miles in. After taking yesterday off as a rest day/recover from working nights I decided a longer run was needed. Not a bad morning to run with temps in the 30's. Began to snow as I was finishing up so it was perfect timing. It was nice to not battle traffic.
