Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

Carl and I parked the car at the Bone store and ran back to Idaho Falls. We wanted to run the last part of the course so we would be ready for next weeks Bone and Back race. The weather was perfect and it was nice to have some company on the run. We seen alot of runners running to get ready for next weeks race. There was also a bike race going on the last part so there were plenty of cyclist out. Seeing all the people out made the miles fly bye. Alot different then it was earlier this year when I seemed to be the only one dumb enough to be out running.
