I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.
Personal:
I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.
Had a good run with Tara this morning. It was a perfect day weather wise. I was worried about the wind but it was calm and the temps were cool. It was a lot of fun to talk running and racing.

Sheridan, I'm looking over your training and seeing the majority of your runs are at marathon pace. I'm thinking your definitely not only going to get a sub 3 but could get into the 40s if you really pushed that last half and 10k. If its not dine on provo course, for sure on a faster course. I really wouldn't worry about sub 3. You've already got that in the bag.
