I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.
Personal:
I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.
Ran up Sunnyside road to the top by the Bonneville County landfill. It was more climbing than I remembered but I felt pretty good. Not a bad day to run. It was nice to see a few runners out. Good run to finish the week out.

That is one of my favorite workouts as that is a really tough hill, especially the last mile to the top. Doing an up and down on this hill is great training for races in Idaho/Utah. I also like running from the top of the hill out towards Bone, great rollers to train on.

Good job getting out. I assume you have a lot of snow up there. It's so cold. Where did my WI callus go? Good job Sheridan.
