Running Accomplishments:

I have been running for the last 10+ years. I have run 6 marathons, 3 ultra marathon, 1 relay ultra marathon and numerous local shorter races. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep logging in miles consistently and plan on running two or three marathons a year. I would also love to run the Redwoods (Avenue of the Giants Marathon.)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Boston Marathon and while I am in Boston take in a Red sox game.Maybe run some more ultra's.Run a 2:50 marathon. Ryan and I are kicking around the idea of running a marathon in every state in the next few years. You got to have some goals.

Personal:

I have lived in Eastern Idaho for most of my life. I currently live in Iona with my wife and two daughters who are 3 and 1.

Got myself out the door and started running into the wind. It was blowing about 25 miles an hour and holding steady. Wasn't as bad when I could run where it was sheltered. On my way up Sunnyside hill I seen a friend as crazy as I was out running we decided to run up to the top and then turn around. Not only was it windier and colder on top we were climbing a pretty good hill. Good run when we finally made it off the hill. Finished running my loop for an even 20 mile run. Not super fast but a good effort.

Great day to run. Took it pretty easy today. A little sore from yesterdays run. I think the down hill with the hard winds really took it out of me. Felt good overall just tight in the hamstrings.

Not the best day to run. It has been raining off and on all day. I got a late start and felt off all day. I think I'm coming down with something. Not a bad run once I got going. Had to cut it a little short due to some stomache distress.

Ran tonight at work on the treadmill before coming home. Just trying to get the miles logged in with the crappy weather we have had.
